Refund Policy
1.Shipping costs and the value of coupon are non-refundable.
2.After we receiving your returned merchandise, please allow us to handle your refund within 2-4 weeks. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons. Your refund may take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

1.We can make a full refund only if the return is a result of our error except for color deviation. Please note that the actual color of our products may vary slightly from that of the photographs, and the actually delivered goods shall prevail.
2.We can only return your total order. Unfortunately, we can't return your partial order.
3.When returned, products must be unused in their original condition with the intact and complete package, accessories, warranty card and manual. We can't accept return for unpacked or damaged items.
4.If the return or replacement is related to quality problems, we will pay the freight fee. Otherwise, you (buyer) must bear all the costs of return include shipping, handling, restocking fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise.
Replacement Policy
1.Upon you receiving the order, we ask you to check carefully all items in the parcel to make sure them complete and undamaged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2.As soon you receive a broken good, you should send us a photo or a video of the broken good on the same day you received together with a delivery document (tracking code link or photo of the official document). Then you contact our customer service.
3.If items are damaged during the delivery within 1 day of receipt of shipment, you can submit the replacement for one time. Postage: Seller(we) bears.
